Back Squat
1-1-1-1-1
Rest 2-5min.
Then
As Many Rounds As Possible in 10min:
5 Ring Dips
7 Burpees
10 Hammer Strikes (5L/5R)
Post heaviest Back Squat and rounds complete.
We had some great PR's last night in the Deadlifts! Let's keep it going tonight with the Back Squats!
