Had to do 10 and 10 alternating of the pull-ups/thrusters

Good job babes! Due to exhaustion I didn't work out yesterday. I'll have to do this one today.

Need more practice at the DL's, back way too rounded on the heavy loads. Well, heavy for me anyway. :) Not bad for my first time doing this WOD though.
