AMRAP 20min:
400m run
10 db deadlifts
15 push-ups
20 mountain climbers

15 sit-ups
10 dips
15 OH squats
5 pull ups
1 hill sprint

WOD results:
Steve 25lb db's - 4 rounds + 1 for fun @ 4.05
Manda 15lb db's - 4 rounds + 1 for fun @ 4.35

I'd liked this one - I need to go heavier on the deadlifts next time.
