Warm up 3 rounds:
Samson stretch
15 sit-ups
10 dips
15 squats

Move to hill, 3 rounds
5 burpees
1 hill sprint

Total warm up time approx: 11 min.

WOD: 34.15

This one was tough. But, that's CrossFit. :)

Pre warmed up and cooled down with kipping practice.
