Run 400m
10 pull-ups
20 walking lunges
30 push-ups
40 squats

Warm up 3 rounds:
5 dips
10 bench jumps
15 sit-ups

WOD: Squeeze - 3 rounds 'got 4 in SB about 2 months ago :( going backwards is not good.'

Not sure what Manda got yet, we were both really low energy. Bad diet and not good sleep. Time to change all that! :)
