Snatch 135 pounds, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

Warmed up with OH squats, pvc hang snatches, pressing snatch balance, pvc snatches...

Burgener warmup x 2 - 1 pvc, 1 bar

WOD: Isabel 30 snatches @ 65 lbs. - 14.05

Cool down - CrossFit warm up:
3 rounds
15 abmats
10 pull ups
10 dips
15 gm's w/ pvc

Snatches are still my weakest area. Really need to practice more. Will start buying in and cashing out w/ xtra skill work, like Brand X.
