Due to time constraints yesterdays WODs were as follows:
Steve
10min. Row @ easy pace
Then:
3 rounds of
5 med ball hang cleans @ 20lb. ball
5 burpees
5 OH squats
5 dips
Then:
5-way Barbell Complex (DL, Clean, Front Squat, Back Squat, Press, Pull-up)
6 reps of each per complex @ 75, 85, 95, 105#'s

AMRAP 20min.
5 pull-ups
10 shoulder press
15 abmats
