How about a strength day?

WOD: Strength

Back Squat
3-3-3-3-3
Then
Pull-ups 3 x Max reps
Dips 3 x Max reps

Back Squats should be SLOW, like moving through mud. "Max reps" means you fall off the bar during the Pulls and Dips...rest at least 3-5 min between sets.
