Sounds like somebody's got a case of the Mondays...

Happy Monday! Here is the Park WOD from Saturday:

Warm up:
DROM (Dynamic Range Of Motion)
and stretching

Skill Element:
Squat
Over Head Squat

Then
3 rounds
5 dips or dip progressions
10 box jumps or step ups
15 windmills

WOD (Workout of the Day)
With a partner,
Run 50m / Burpees
Run 100m / Sit-ups
Run 150m / Squats
Run 200m / Jumping Jacks
Then back down...Run 150m / Squats...etc...

While one partner runs the other does the prescribed work...then they switch. This one was okay, but the different runs made it a bit confusing. Next time we'll try set distance. Thanks to everybody who came out!!!
