5 rounds for time:
10 slamballs
10 pull-ups
10 jump boxes

Scale weight, type of pull-up, and box height accordingly.

Apparently T-dub went down during this one. She got approximately 30sec. rest from her trainer...then had to get back in the game!!! :)
