WOD # 1

M.E. Supine Bench Press 3-3-3-1-1-1
Rest 5:00 Minutes
Then every minute for 12 minutes:
Dumbbell Complex:
3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Push Press
Use 50% of body weight.

WOD # 2

5 rounds for time of:
20 Box Jumps
20 Push Press
