Strength, Metcon, and Softball Monday!

Tonight's WOD will be as follows:

M.E. Supine Bench Press
5-5-5-3-3-3

Rest 5:00

5 rounds for time:
9 Thrusters
9 Pull-ups

T and M will only be doing the metcon portion of this WOD along with a thorough warm up. They have a softball game to play after wards!
