50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

First CrossFit workout ever, scaled it down to 20 reps each and took about 20 minutes. I think I'm hooked already... keep the good stuff coming!

Right on Tyler! Good job! Let us know when you'd like to come down to the gym! Also, come out and join us this Saturday for the Park WOD, it should be fun! Well, CrossFit kind of fun anyways...
