Thursday 10-9-08 Death by pull-ups:
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Run 200m
10 push-ups
15 mountain climbers (right then left = 1 rep)
WOD: 9 rounds! Wanted 10, only had 3 to go but just couldn't pull it! :)
Did 3 more after time expired for fun. That's 60 pull-ups in 10 min. GD that rocks!!!
