Sunday 10-5-08 Changed it up last minute. :) "Steve's special + Runs"

AMRAP 20 min:
5 ring pull-ups
10 burpees
Run 30-50 meters
15 wallballs
Run 30-50 meters

Warm up 3 rounds:
Run 100m
10 3-count jumping jacks
15 mountain climbers

WOD: 6 rounds + 5 pull-ups

Need to ramp up intensity. Was lazy on the runs, the last one was fast...should've been doing that the whole time.
