Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Warm up 3 rounds:
5 dips
10 bench jumps
15 sit-ups

WOD: 6 rounds + 1 run
Pull-ups: 7-10-5-6-7-7 = 42 pull-ups...BOOO! Wanted at least 60. I better get to work.
