Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

Warm up 3 rounds:
15 sit-ups
15 squats
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups

WOD: Garmin died so I couldn't map the runs. Decided to do a 6k or so. Around 30min. I felt le tired.
