Ben's first CrossFit WOD!!!

Warm up:
Run 200m
Stretching
DB swing practice

WOD: 3 rounds for time
Run 200m
15 DB swings @ 25lbs.
9 push ups

11.49!!! Way to go Ben!!! Hopefully he'll be back for more!

Not as sore as I thought I'd be. Hammys were a bit gimpy. Cardio non-existant. Definitely be back for more.
