Sunday 11-2-08 Custom WODs

Manda's WOD: Tabata Panda style

Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first exercise is Squats, the second is Push Press, the third is Jump Boxes, and the fourth is Abmat sit-ups.

Steve's WOD: "Grace"

135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

Steve: 3.22!!! @ 80lbs! Last time was 8.07 - almost 5 minutes faster!!! PR! Manda said my form looked like shit. Next time we'll bump the weight to 95lbs. and see what we get. I'm very happy with this time however. :)

Steve forgot to mention my 80lb push-press practice...about 10 reps or so - while drinking a margarita :)
