Warm up 3 rounds
Samson stretch
15 abmats
10 OH squats
5 dips

Burgener warm up w/pvc (wrist still hurts too bad for bar)

Deadlift warm up sets
10 @ 95lbs.
5 @ 115 lbs.

Work sets:
135-150-150-165-165

A couple more @ 165 for fun.

Cool down 3 rounds
10 med ball cleans
30 lb. db curls

I know that curls are NOT in the CrossFit regimen, but I want to someday be able to give Babes two tickets to the gun show!
