If you're not comfortable with the C&J, practice with pvc or broomstick so you'll be ready next time. Also, work on Front squats, Push presses, and Hang squat cleans. Happy Tuesday!!!

We both either need to up the weight or turn up the intensity. My lower back is still really tizzight these past couple of days...
