65 pound Thruster, 10 reps

This workout is affectionately known at Brand X as Suck and Blow II or BOHICA II. The weights not heavy + the reps range is low = Cardio Nightmare.

Puppies:
Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:
25 pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 Jumping or Beginner Pull ups Pull-ups

women 10-15#

Buttercups:
Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
25 pound Thruster, 8 reps
6 Jumping or Beginner Pull ups Pull-ups

Jumping Pull-ups

Tried different methods for jumping and different hand-grips. I didn't have shoes on, so jumping off the pegs on the pull-up station was painful.

Warm up:
Run 400m
3 rounds
Samson stretch
15 abmats
10 OH squats
10 dips (only for first round, pain in right shoulder so dropped to 5 for next two)
15 good mornings

WOD: Pack/10rounds. Used toe push pull-ups :) I liked this one, but I need to go faster next time.
