Active Rest day.

Do your own version of "Active Rest" today. Manda's version is hitting the gym before 5am!!!

Need some real work on my pull-ups before I can get the max benefits of last night's WOD. Ran a quick mile at the gym this morning (just under 8 minutes), then did some stair tumbler and stretching to cool down/wake-up. A nice little early morning start for my rest day :) Also trying to go sugar-free for a whole day!!
