Saturday 11-29-08 - EFB's first Park WOD with peeps showing up!!!


Thanks to everyone for coming out!!! You guys all rocked and it was fun to have people working out with us!!!

AMRAP 20min:
Run 400m or 40 step ups
10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 sit-ups
40 squats
