"Grace"

135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

WOD: Grace - 4:44!!! PR!!!

Felt good. When I'm able to hit 3:30 I'll move up to 115lbs.

Grace is becoming one of my favorite WODs. :)
