Strength and Gymnastics Day!

WOD:G
“Cindy”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

See comments for scaling and post completed number of rounds.

5 rounds for time:

5 Dumbbell Snatch L/R

5 Dumbbell Swing L/R

10 Burpees

Rest up to 60 seconds between rounds

Coach's notes: Start with less dominant arm, Men use 35lb DB, Women use 25lb DB; Details about this workout at Ross Training. If you've beat 15 minutes, go up by 5 pounds.

Manda - Pack Cindy - 20 rounds!!!

T-dub - Pack Cindy - beg pulls/knee push - 13 rounds + pulls + push

Steve - Magic 50 - 9:03 @ 25lb. db.

Last night kicked everyones butt. I power snatched the db, which probably led to the fast time. I'll move up to 35lbs. next time and see if I can beat 15 min. If I can, I'll start squat snatching a 25 and check my time. Then move up to 30 then 35. Manda did 60 real pull-ups last night!!! Great job babes!!! Teresa did as many real push-ups as she could and took all her squats to the med ball!!!
