Workout of the Day:

Buy in:
3 rounds
10 KB swings
10 Box Jumps
10 Push Ups

Get warm...

WOD:
Dips
5 x 5 (Ring, Bar, or Negative - weighted if athlete can complete 5 Ring easily)
Rest 2-5min.
Then
3 rounds for time:
3 Overhead Squats*
160m Sprint/Run

*Loading = Bodyweight. Scaling is 75%-50%.
