Domingo Loco

Teresa and I decided to push ourselves extra hard on Sunday with a long endurance warm-up, strength training, AND a WOD because we had nothing better to do and there's nothing like a good old-fashioned butt-kicking.

Teresa and I weren't racking the weight correctly for the OH squats which caused a lot of fatigue.
