Use appropriate box height. Sub knees to chest or abmats for K2E's. Sub bench dips or push-ups for dips.

k, so I did this one today at the gym but this is what I did. I got confused ont the numbers....I did 10 min elliptical for warm up then did
21-19-16-13-9-6-3-1

step ups, roman chair knees to chest/waist, and sit ups.....

I was sweating!
