*This has become one of T's bench-mark workouts. She hates it, but has improved everytime. We seem to hit this one around the first of each month. She cut almost 2min off her time from Feb 3rd.

*I love this one - really pushed myself this time and I went down due to a gopher hole on the 4th run. Still beat Feb 3rd time by 2 minutes. Woohoo!
