Saturday 3-14-09 Park WOD - Runnin' & Burpees!!!

Running and Burpee ladder
For time:
50m sprint
10 burpees
100m sprint
15 burpees
150m run
20 burpees
200m run
25 burpees

Then back down the ladder…
