This one was tough. My finish time was 16:54, but we weren't really going for time. Gym Jones WODs are different in that way. They are more concerned with full complete ROM then fast times. Oh, and Tabata Row SUCKS at the end!!!
This one made me feel like I had little T-Rex arms... sigh..
Actually, Gym Jones workouts are about the fastest time possible WITH a full ROM. Just food for thought =)
