Hmm...let's pick up something heavy and run!


4 rounds for time:
21-18-15-12
Deadlift
Run 400m

Select bodyweight for deadlifts. If you are not able to deadlift that much yet, drop down to 70-80% of BW. Stay on the safe side when deadlifting for time. This one could be a crippler :)
