We went with two WODs tonight because we had some peeps with knee injuries. Pick one and go for it!!!

I was on a hiking recovery day so I did an abbrievated WOD #1
with 60 or 65 lbs of weight for the Front Squat and 3 rounds of Run 400m
15 Slam Balls (18 lbs)
15 Abmats
