Deadlift practice

Every 2min. on the min.
Run 100m
7 DB swings
7 push ups

5:30pm WOD:

Deadlift
5-5-5-5-5
Rest 5min.
7 rounds for time:
10 Medicine Ball Cleans
10 Burpees
