Mary Mary...Why you buggin'???
WOD:
“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
Scale as needed for all excercises.

Okay, we scaled it for people using the following:
HSPU's - There is a great vid on HSPU progressions http://media.crossfit.com/kids/HandstandPushups.wmv
Pistols - used 18"-20" boxes for people to squat to.
Pull-ups - Jumping/Kipping.
Fun times! Someday, when I pull the trigger on my pistols, they won't jam.
