7 Clapping Push Ups
7 DB Hang Power Snatch
7 Reverse Alternating Lunges
Loading 25-45% of bodyweight.

Felt weak. Wanted to pull 300. More rest the day before next time and ramp up carbs during the day.

7 DB Hang Snatch @ 30#db's
7 DB DL's @ 30#db's
8 rounds complete + push ups + DL's of 9th round.
Couldn't do lunges because of big toe on right foot. Really painful. Need to keep an eye on it.
