WOD:

Clean
5-4-3-2-1
Rest 2-5min.
3 rounds for time:
Run 400m or 30 Box Jumps
15 Overhead Squats (Barbell)
25 Good Mornings (pvc)

Scale weight for Overhead Squats appropriately.  Remember "form" over "load".
