Wednesday goes overhead.

WOD:

Overhead Squat
3 x 5*
Rest 2-5min.
Then
3 rounds for time of:
30 Box Jumps
30 Ball Slams
30 Push Ups

Post loads and time to comments.
*Coaches note - 3x5 means, 3 sets of 5 reps straight across.  Work up to a heavy load and use it for all 3 sets.
