Are you feeling stretchy?


5am WOD

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post score for each exercise to comments.

Tonight's 5:30pm class will be an introductory Yoga class. We've enlisted the help of our friend Jennifer who's studied Yoga for many years to teach us some stretches to help with our lifting and overall flexibility.

The 6:30pm WOD will be as follows:

Buy-in
3 rounds
10 Kettlebell swings (24K/16K)
10 Box jumps (24″)
10 Push ups

WOD
For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 (10!)
Deadlifts @ 185/135lbs.
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 (10*)
Burpees

Example: 10 Deadlifts, 1 Burpee, 9 Deadlifts, 2 Burpees......1 Deadlift, 10 Burpees

Cash out:
Play around with your kettlebell or dumbbell for 5-10 minutes
