Saturday Park WOD


Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday! We had a big group and they did:

"Boot Camp Gone Bad"

5 rounds:
Burpees 1 min.
Squats 1 min.
Sit-ups 1 min.
Rest 1 min.

Record reps complete every round. Total all reps at the end for score. Post score to comments.
