You suddenly realize that you own a pair of hamstrings
5 rounds for time:
30 Weighted Sit-ups*
30 Good Mornings*
*Sit-ups can be, Abmats, Weighted Abmats, Straight Leg, or Weighted Straight Leg.
*Good Mornings can be done with PVC, or light barbell. Keep in mind, 150 Good Mornings with a PVC pipe and you'll feel it tomorrow.
