Rest/Skill day...


CrossFit Bako is going to introduce 'Rest/Skill' days. For people who've already gone their 3 days on we recommend 1 day off. For those of you who may have missed a day from the previous cycle these days will be opportunities to 'make up' those workouts. And still, for those of you who would like to spend an hour working on a particular skill we're offering that choice also... Just remember that rest is just as important as training. In fact, it may be more important. Your body needs time to recover and adapt to the changes going on. "When you're hungry, eat. When you're tired, sleep." Sounds easy no?
