Today is Steve's 33rd birthday! For his b-day WOD the gym is doing:

There will only be a 5:30pm class this evening! If we are crowded we'll go in shifts. Everyone is welcome to stay and have some adult beverages after their WOD. :)

Happy Birthday Steve! Be sure and live to 66 so you can do a double-meat Hamburgesa ... double everything, including 150 wall balls instead of 75! Post time to comments, if your arthritis doesn't stop you - time to beat: 42 minutes!
