Death by Pull ups!


With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

T-Dub: Ring Rows 11 rounds

Steve A.: 9 rounds, ripped his hand open so he had to stop

Manda: I did yesterdays workout, 20 shoulder press, 20 AbMats, 10 rounds....18min37 secs - pathetic.

We all decided to get our 400m sprint times...
