***Don't forget about the Park WOD this Saturday at 8 o'clock in the AM! We'll be out at the par course on Truxtun Ext. across from Triple A and Total Woman. Come out and join us for some fun in the sun and a workout!!! Bring your running shoes, I have a feeling you'll need them! :)
P.S. If anyone has a friend or child who would like to volunteer to be a 'time keeper' for us during the workout, that would be out of sight! If not, I'll do my workout early and time all of you! See you Saturday!!!
