1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10*
Deadlift
*Complete one round of Cindy in between each set of Deadlifts
So, 1 Deadlift, 1 round of Cindy, 2 Deadlifts, 1 round of Cindy, 3 Dealifts, 1 round of Cindy...until you reach 10 Deadlifts, 1 round of Cindy...

1 round of Cindy = 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats.

250/165lbs. for Deadlifts.

Post load for Deadlift and time.
