I love Friday WODs...

Workout of the Day:

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20min:
5 Deadlift
4 Hang Clean
3 Push Jerk
2 Overhead Squat
1 Rope Climb

Men and Women use 50% of bodyweight. 

Post number of rounds complete and partial rounds.
