Muggy Wednesday WODs...
A little something different tonight.
Two WODs:
WOD #1:
30 Muscle-ups for time. If you can't do a muscle up then do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
WOD #2:
Run 1050m
Then
4 rounds:
10 Pull-ups
15 KB swings
20 Slam balls
Pick your poison... Go hard! Have fun!!!
